Green Chili Chicken Casserole
shredded chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. onion
1 can diced Ortega chilis
3 cups grated Jack cheese (about 1/2 lb)
12 flour tortillas


Cut tortillas in half & run through hot oil (enough to soften but not brown)
In saucepan, mix all ingredients except cheese & tortillas and bring to a boil
In casserole dish, layer ingredients:
  1/3 tortillas
  1/3 mixture
  1/3 cheese

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for approximately 25-30 minutes.
